The Archeon Tarot by Tim Lantz
Greetings Fellow Seekers!
I began my journey with the Tarot at the tender age of eleven. I was browsing through a bookstore in an obscure part of town, whenI happened to come across a dusty boxset of the Rider Waite Tarot that was hidden deep within the shadows of a murky corner which was covered with cobwebs. I guess back then, Tarot wasn’t really the ‘it-thing’ that it is today. Having no idea what the Tarot was, or how it was used, I asked the shopkeeper what this was. After arching a brow and giving a sneer filled with contempt and sarcasm, he replied, “Oh those are just cards used for fortunetelling and all silly things related. Don’t waste your time with it!” Despite his obvious disdain for the pack of cards in my hands, I rushed over to my Mom and begged her to buy it for me. Upon going home, not only was I mesmerized by the pictures, but for reasons beyond my comprehension, I felt as though I could communicate with the cards.
Perhaps it was due to the fact that I had begun learning astrology at the age of five, and ever since I could remember I was always fascinated with the esoteric world. I would often get various prophetic dreams which were incredibly vivid (I still do in brilliant colors). As the years would progress, I would discover my abilities of clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience, as well as, my abilities to communicate with Angels, Spirit Guides, Guardians, and channel messages from them (as well as, from Past Lives).
My journey has more-or-less been a solitary one. I never had the luxury of having someone teach me Tarot. However, the universe has always blessed me with providing me ample books from various sources, as well as, help me meet wonderful people from various corners of the world that have helped enhance my love and appreciation of the Tarot. Yet, having had to learn things the hard way of trial and error, as well as, spending money on a whole lot of books and materials, which although were wonderful to begin with, turned out to be total duds at the end.
Hence, through Tarot Quest, I hope to make this journey for you – seekers of all ages and levels of expertise – a fun and easy one, where not only will we enjoy ourselves, but open our minds and expand our horizons.
I look forward to sharing with all of you, and hearing from you. Your thoughts, opinions, ideas, feelings, points of view, arguements, feedback, etc is incredibly important to me. For they will not only help me provide better content for you, but also help us all learn more in the process.
Love and Light
